Knee braces

The largest range we carry, because the knee is the joint people brace most. Post-operative hinged braces lock or limit flexion through a controlled range while a repair heals. Unloader braces shift load off one compartment for single-sided osteoarthritis. Patellar stabilisers hold the kneecap tracking correctly, and sleeves provide warmth and proprioceptive support for milder instability.

Back & spinal supports

Spinal orthoses range from a simple elastic lumbar belt worn for lifting to a rigid LSO that restricts motion in three planes after a fusion or compression fracture. Rigid panels are removable on most models so the brace can be stepped down as recovery progresses, which matters because patients abandon a brace that feels excessive.

Wrist & hand braces

Carpal tunnel is the most common reason a wrist brace is prescribed, and the important variable is the wrist extension angle the splint holds — night splints keep the wrist neutral to stop nocturnal numbness, while day splints allow more function. Thumb spicas immobilise the first MCP joint for de Quervain's and basal joint arthritis.

Ankle & foot braces

Ankle bracing splits into two jobs: stopping inversion after a sprain, and controlling foot drop. Rigid stirrup braces do the first well and fit inside a shoe. Lace-up braces are lower profile for return to sport. Ankle-foot orthoses hold the foot at 90 degrees where dorsiflexion is weak, which is a fall-prevention issue as much as a mobility one.
